-
Arrival in Mallorca. We arrange transfers from the airport and Palma city center to our hotel in Puerto de Sóller. The guide will explain the activities.
-
Coanegra Ravine.
This canyon is ideal for a first day. It has everything: slides, jumps, small rappels, and even an optional 25-meter rappel for those who want to do it.
Ravine elevation change: 150 m
5 hours of activity (including approach)
Level: easy
Total elevation gain of the activity: 250 m
Longest rappel: 25 m
The ravine is located in an area of holm oak forests, giving it a unique charm. Visiting it during Holy Week or in autumn almost guarantees that it will be aquatic.
-
Na Mora Ravine.
A hidden gem among the island's canyons, Na Mora has it all: several jumps (none mandatory), rappels, and slides several meters high. Nestled in an area of exceptional scenic beauty, it opens into a small "fjord" from where a boat, traveling a few kilometers along the stunning Sóller coast, will take you to the Port of Sóller. A fun and beautiful canyon; a truly magical day.
Ravine elevation change: 160 m
6 hours of activity including approach
Level: easy/medium
Total elevation gain of the activity: 450 m
Longest rappel: 12 m
-
Mountain Torrent.
A canyon in the north of the island, through a beautiful holm oak forest with numerous short rappels. It also crosses one of Mallorca's most stunning karst areas (a type of erosion typical of limestone massifs). Undoubtedly a classic canyon on the island.
Ravine elevation change: 250 m
5 hours of activity including approach
Level: easy/medium
Total elevation gain of the activity: 300 m
Longest rappel: 15 m
-
Ofre Ravine.
This canyon begins in the Ofre Valley, at an altitude of 750 meters, and descends to the Sóller Valley through a beautiful gorge guarded by towering walls. We will tackle the upper section, the most challenging part. Its mountain setting and the views during the approach and descent make it a truly special canyon. The Ofre canyon features numerous rappels, some of them quite long (the longest is nearly 40 meters). Our experience from the first three canyons will help us complete it without difficulty.
Ravine elevation change: 240m
6 hours of activity (including approach)
Level: Intermediate
Total elevation gain of the activity: 650m
Longest rappel: 38m
After the canyoning trip, we'll have the opportunity to shower at the hotel before our transfer to Palma or the airport. We'll arrive at the airport around 5 pm.
*For people who have a flight or return boat the next day, Exploramunt can book a hotel on the island: in the Port of Sóller or in Palma for example.
Important: The guide may change the order of the canyons or replace them with others for safety reasons or due to water flow. If any participant does not have the appropriate physical fitness level, the guide may refuse to allow them to participate in the activity.
You also have the option of building your own tailor-made trip to Menorca!
